Mountain Shadows Dental accepts all major dental plans, like United Concordia. Our office is considered an in-network provider under United Concordia, so members will have a lesser copay at our office than at one which is out-of-network.
United Concordia only provides dental insurance, so if you have a United Concordia plan, it will be separate from your medical, vision, and pharmacy benefits.
Dentist Office That Accepts TRICARE
At Mountain Shadows Dental, we’re proud to serve local military families. United Concordia works with the TRICARE Dental Program for active duty family members and National Guard and Reserve members and their families. This program provides cost-effective dental coverage. Learn more about TRICARE.
